Contact with us

If you contact us using the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for up to six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent. This also applies to reservations in our online store.

Web analysis (Google Analytics 4)

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Cookies and similar technologies are used to analyze the use of the website. The information generated in this way (e.g. IP address, device data, interactions) is usually transmitted to Google servers and stored there.

We use IP anonymization: Your IP address is shortened by Google within the EU and only then transmitted to the USA.

External videos (YouTube & Vimeo) - consent ("2-click solution")

We embed videos from external providers on our website. For data protection reasons, this content is only loaded after you have given your express consent. No connections are made to the providers before you have given your consent and no cookies are set by these services.

Purpose of processing: Display and playback of video content directly on our website.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR in conjunction with § Section 165 TKG 2021 (consent).

Data categories:

IP address, date/time, URL accessed, device/browser information, language settings, interactions with the player.

YouTube sets cookies (e.g. YSC - session; VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE - 8 months; PREF - 8 months).

Vimeo sets cookies (e.g. vuid - 2 years; player - 1 year).

Recipient / third country transfer: Google/YouTube and Vimeo; data transfer to the USA. Basis: EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and SCCs.

Storage period: Provider cookies between session and 2 years.

Server logs

The hosting provider of our website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

time of the server request.

This data cannot be assigned to specific persons without being merged with other data sources. The data is stored for a maximum of 7 days for security reasons (e.g. to investigate misuse).
